Technical support is provided to our customers in several different methods. Please review the options available to you below and select the appropriate option.

On-site technical support

As you can imagine on-site technical support is sometimes required to resolve customer issues. If you feel you need hands on support please select the menu option above under Support “Schedule on-site visit”. This will provide us the necessary information to get a technician scheduled for your location.

E-mail based question and answer

E-mail tech support is provided by using our “Trouble Ticket” system under the Support Menu. Items submitted here will be addressed by our in-house technicians and responses will be sent by e-mail

Phone based technical support

You are always welcome to call our office for verbal technical support. Our agents will do everything possible to assist you over the phone.

Remote control of your machine

After speaking with a technician you may be asked to establish a remote session. This tool allows our technicians to manage your machine as you watch. This tool can be very helpful in resolving basic issues. Please Click here to start REMOTE SUPPORT.

After hours support services

We offer after hours support for all client. Two methods are available.
1. Call our main number (786) 470-6654.
2. Visit our support ticket system and submit your details and a technician will get back with you.
